Lakelands Accountants are looking for an experienced and reliable Accountant to join our friendly and growing practice. This is a flexible, part-time position ideal for someone seeking work-life balance while continuing to use and develop their professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of year-end accounts for a range of clients
Corporation Tax returns
Self Assessment tax returns
Payroll processing
General accountancy duties and client support
Liaising with clients and handling queries
Please note: This role does not involve audit work.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years’ experience in an accountancy practice (essential)
AAT qualified or qualified by experience (QBE)
Strong working knowledge of general practice work
Experience with Corporation Tax, Payroll, and Self Assessment
Good communication and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
