Flexible working is definitely something that comes up more and more in conversations with both employers and candidates.

As we head towards 2027, it looks like we'll continue to see more businesses offering hybrid and remote working, greater flexibility around hours and a bigger focus on helping people balance work with life outside of work.

From a recruitment point of view, I think flexibility can make a real difference when it comes to attracting the right people. It's increasingly something candidates ask about when considering a new role.
