September 30th is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, also known as Orange Shirt Day.

Today, we pause to honour the Survivors of residential schools, their families, and the children who never made it home. It is a day for quiet reflection, deep listening, and recognizing the ongoing, intergenerational impacts on Indigenous communities across Turtle Island.

Reconciliation is not a single date on the calendar, nor is it a symbolic gesture. It is an everyday commitment to learning the truth, honouring lived experiences, and taking meaningful action to build a better future together.

As an Indigenous-owned firm, our hearts are with our communities, Elders, and families today. We invite everyone to wear orange, listen to Survivors' stories, and reflect on how we can all walk this path forward together.
