As you are aware SARS has had challenges with the Flash Player and certain interim steps have already been taken. They have now released a SARS Browser Solution that only works with eFiling.

The SARS Browser enables access to ALL eFiling forms, including those that require Adobe Flash, thus maintaining compliance with your filing obligations.

Update on Adobe Flash Player challenges - The Tax Compliance Status (TCS) functionality on Good Standing and Tenders on eFiling has been resolved.

Members have been advised to do the following:

• Use the button at top of landing page “Tax Status”
• The TCS Pin letter does take some time to generate.

We receive complaints where the taxpayer failed to adhere to the terms of a compromise agreement concluded, which resulted in SARS cancelling the agreement. Because it does involve a matter of administrative, procedural or service nature against SARS, the OTO unfortunately cannot assist you.
