Distell releases details of the proposed R38.5bn Heineken takeover of the local liquor group Distell’s shares will be suspended on the JSE on July 20 and delisted on September 6 upon the conclusion of a scheme to enable international brewer Heineken International to make a €2.2 billion (R38.53bn) offer for the local liquor group.
