RBCA & Associates is a newly established audit and accounting firm specialising in audits, accounting and taxation services. Based in offices at 76 Harding Street, Rishaal Budhripersadh, the director, is a qualified chartered accountant, registered au
ditor and registered tax practitioner. He was born in Newcastle and matriculated at Lincoln Heights Secondary School, after which he studied at the University of Witwatersrand. With more than 10 years’ experience working with a multi-national audit firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr Budhripersadh brings a wealth of experience to his new firm. After qualifying as a chartered accountant in 2006, Mr Budhripersadh was soon promoted to Senior Manager. He has both local and international experience, having also worked in America with the PricewaterhouseCoopers offices in Boston. Rishaal has extensive experience in audits, accounting and tax related services for companies and individuals. He is also seen as a Trusted Business Advisor to his clients. Rishaal is also considered an expert in GRAP accounting for Muncipalities and Public Entities. He is well versed with the Municipal Finance Management Act and the Public Finance Management Act. He has consulted with various Municipalities and Public Entities and assisted these entities to obtain clean audit reports
