● That the application was never finalized;
● That no court order exists; and
● That the debt review listing has remained on your credit profile.

Adverse Credit Listing Disputes:
Consumers sometimes discover negative listings on their credit profiles without receiving the required notifications. Where the credit provider or credit bureau cannot prove that the listing is lawful, it must be removed. Relief 360 Debt Care assists consumers with self-service dispute processes to challenge such listings.
