ON NEW JUDGEMENT ON ASYLUMS SEEKERS

South African must understand that there will always be foreigners in their land. Similarly, we have South African abroad.. As such, Waap welcomes the decision.

The problem that South Africa had was undocumented immigrants, With the new system to document everyone , we believe that criminals will be registered in the system and in some cases arrested while registering for asylum provided their fingerprints are linked to past criminals activities.

We encourage our home affairs to be strict on immigrants who try to bypass asylum and live illegal in the country. We also have the option that there must be a harsh sentence for all immigrants who won't register for asylum

This will also harmonise , the stats of the citizens and head count of every immigrant

MPENDULO MASSACRE - 08 OCTOBER 1993.

This is one of the most hidden crimes ordered by white racist settler President F.W. de Klerk, just 2 months before he received the Nobel Peace Prize with Mandela.

WHAT HAPPENED:

On 8 October 1993, 12 fully armed racist white settler colonial criminal SADF soldiers illegally entered the house of PAC veteran Sigqibo Mpendulo in Northcrest, Umtata (Mthatha), Transkei.

They shot dead 5 schoolboys in their beds:

- Mzwandile Mfeya (12 years)
- Sandiso Yose (12 years)
- Twins Samora and Sadat Mpendulo (16 years)
- Thando Mthembu (17 years)

The house belonged to PAC member Sigqibo Mpendulo, father of Samora and Sadat. According to PAC and police sources in Transkei, the five victims were killed in their beds. The raid was authorised by President F. W. de Klerk.

EX*****ON STYLES:

PAC Address to Negotiating Council 14 Oct 1993 stated: the bullets entered their bodies in a straight 90 degree angle whilst they were on the mattresses. The savagery is born out by fact that child victims were lying down and one of the 12 year olds was shot 18 times; 4 times in head and 14 times around region of heart.

Preliminary evidence: angle bullets entered bodies and blood on mattresses, it is clear they were either asleep or made to lie down before being murdered in ex*****on style.

No shot was fired by schoolboys nor was there any sound of raised voice.

Lawyers for Human Rights found only 4 of hundreds of cartridges struck walls - almost all shots fired downward into children lying down.

SETTLER DE KLERK's RESPONSE:

De Klerk admitted he authorised the raid but called murder of children a "tragic accident". Father Sigqibo Mpendulo said: "If De Klerk had assumed high moral ground, he would have seen fit to talk to me as father of kids and explain".

Mandela said on TV 22 Oct 1993, 14 days after massacre: "For a president to authorise killing of children is a blatant act of terrorism."

TRC FINDINGS:

Truth and Reconciliation Commission concluded the raid was a "gross violation of human rights".

Minister of Justice approved joint inquest in 2024 - 31 years later - at Mthatha High Court to determine criminal culpability.

*"ORDERED BY FW DE KLERK"* - de Klerk ordered raid, children killed, then 2 months later 10 Dec 1993 he received Nobel Peace Prize.

MPENDULO MASSACRE - 5 CHILDREN EXECUTED IN BEDS, ORDERED BY NOBEL LAUREATE.

YEMEN AND SAUDI MUST STOP BEING AN AMERICAN REFUSE BAG

Saudi and Yemen must learn from Iraq during the invasion of Afghanistan. Sadaam was used a warshield for American then later they turned against him and hang him.

To date , USA has destabilized many middle east countries economies and infrastructure. This includes countries like Palestine, Iraq , lebanon, Iran ,Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen ,Syria , Serbia etc.

America is destroying middle east countries one by one with a bigger goal of taking over the whole middle east. There is no difference between then ISIS and Houtis Freedom Fighters. They are both fighting for the liberation of Muslim world. Similarly to Anc and PAC from South Africa

As USA is failing to fight Iran, USA has started conspiring a war between Iran and Saudi. They know this move will assist them in their vision of taking The whole of middle east.

Few days ago , Israel was bragging about the fact that since the cease fire with Iran. Iran has never bombed them and as such they can now take over Lebanon peacefully as the had already taken Palestinian land. And Saudis will help them to take Saudi easy ,since Iran will bomb Saudi as new plan.

The muslim brothers must never fight one another as it makes it easy for the common enemy to attack them, which is USA and Israeli

If Saudi is not careful , they will end up destroyed like Palestine. Saudis must ask themselves if USA cannot protects its base in middle east , What makes them think they can be protected?

Houtis and Iran must consider more missile towards Israel and mend ways with Saudi and Yemen
