What a fantastic day at our office! We hosted our Vitality Health Check Day today and loved seeing so many of our clients taking positive steps toward better health.

We’re also supporting the Vitality Give2Move initiative — so if you have any old running shoes at home, please bring them along and donate them at our office. Let’s give someone else the gift of movement!

Two of our team members have been “arrested” for a great cause! 🐶🐱

They’re participating in a Jail & Bail fundraiser to support our SPCA Louis Trichardt. Every rand donated goes towards helping vulnerable animals receive food, shelter, and medical care.

Let’s come together as a community and help them make bail while making a real difference. ❤️

How to bail them out:
