Responsibilities
• Handle and coordinate active calendars
• Schedule and confirm meetings/appointments
• Ensure file organization based on office protocol
• Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
• General administrative duties and filing
• Update clients’ policy schedules
• Submit and process new business and servicing applications
• Update and maintain client database
• Generate quotes with various long-term insurance and investment companies
• Organise and prepare client files timeously for client meetings
• Attend to all queries (health, life and investment) including new business and terminations
• Answer the phones and contact clients when required
• Track and follow up on pending business and servicing changes

Qualifications
• Matric
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Previous experience in this role is a plus
