If you handed me your books for 90 days, here’s exactly what I’d do.

Most small business owners aren’t bad with money. They just can’t see it clearly. Receipts in the car, personal and business spending mixed together, invoices nobody followed up on.

So we’d go in three stages:
Days 1–30: Clarity. Clean books and a weekly cash check.
Days 31–60: Control. A budget you’ll actually use, plus prices that cover your costs.
Days 61–90: Confidence. Planning your next move with real numbers.

By day 90 you’re not just “doing your books”. You’re running a business you understand.
