Did you know that any change in your Beneficial Ownership register must be submitted to CIPC within 10 business days?

CIPC filings require more than just a list of shareholders. You must identify the Natural Person in control.

Distinguish between the legal shareholder and the true Beneficial Owner.

From today, it will cost me R490 extra to fill up my tank with diesel. That means every single kilometer I drive costs me R2.30!

If you want to work out your fuel cost, use this calculation:
Fuel Price per Litre x Litres used per 100km = Total cost for 100km
Total cost for 100km / 100 = Cost per single kilometre

Some good news: Government is cushioning the fuel blow by reducing fuel levy by R3 per liter for one month. This will cost R6bn in lost tax revenue, but will be a big relief for consumers.
