"The TDP learnership has so far been one of the best decisions in my life. Not only has it strengthened me academically but also professionally, personally and in my faith.
On a professional level TDP has exposed me to real world situations and experiences that challenges my knowledge and understanding which helped build up my confidence. This opportunity has surrounded me with industry experts who I get to learn from daily which have continued to develop my skills underneath their guidance which one cannot always find in a textbook.
Personally this journey has taught me discipline, perseverance and responsibility! Thanks to the support and motivation I receive from TDP despite challenging situations I have found it possible to continue to grow and believe in myself as I pursue my future.
The part of this journey that has stood out to me the most is how this opportunity has strengthened my faith. I have experienced that I am not in this alone and that there is a purpose behind my journey. That has given me the courage and peace to show up and give my best in each day.
The learnership opportunity is an incredible blessing as it reliefs some of that financial pressure and gives me the chance to focus on my development and studies without hesitation. It provides an opportunity that would have otherwise been outside my grasp. Now it feels like my dreams are no longer far away but finally within my grasp.
