At Attooh!, we are seeking a Call Center Specialist who will be responsible for answering inbound calls, guiding customers to the appropriate resources, and resolving any customer complaints. This is a full-time, hybrid role, which means that the selected candidate will be based in Cape Town (our HQ location), and work from home on some days. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be required to demonstrate active listening, empathy, and clear communication skills, as well as documenting customer interactions in line with our uniformed service standards.

Qualifications
-Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service or call handling role
-Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing
-Should have a strong typing speed, good computer literacy, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
-Ability to self-manage and respond effectively to difficult customer situations, with a view to achieving higher customer satisfaction ratings
-Should have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify causes and propose solutions to customer issues
