We Expanding, Dean's Logistics is looking for an Exeperienced account administrator and an operations controller. Applicants must have some basic knowledge of the shipping industry.

Account's Controller:
Capture/ Debtors creditors
Arranging of payments.
Generating Invoices and statements for clients.
Submission of VAT.
Payroll.
Closing of on file.
Administrator duties.

Operations Controller:
Open of clearing file.
Request for documents.
Arrange Shipping line releases.
Ensuring file is correct before handling to entry clerk.
Dealing with transporters / Co loaders and other 3rd part service providers.

Please note the required Applicants must have basic shipping experience and comprehensive knowledge of income terms, must come from a freight forwarding / Shipping back ground.

If u do not have the above minium requirements please don't apply.
