We are a small office based in the Southern Suburbs looking for an experienced Junior Administrator to join our team. Approach Administration is an outsourced administrative office for Financial Advisors. Before applying please ensure that you meet the following criteria:

-minimum 3-5 years experience as an administrator
-minimum qualification of a matric or -equivalent to a matric certificate
-needs to work well under pressure and be able to adapt within a stressful environment
-needs to be a team player
good communication skills; both written and verbal
-needs to be reliable, organised and equipped to multi-task
-room for growth within the business
good problem solving skills, ability to -think outside the box
-someone who has put roots down or is wanting to put roots down in Cape Town
-great time management skills
-needs to be extremely computer literate (excel, word, google etc)
-passionate about administration
-confident and willing to take initiative
-fast learner
-corporate environment so we regret no facial tattoos or facial piercings

Advantageous

-experience using ZOHO as a CRM system
-experience within the financial industry
-fluent in a second language

COVID! What does my Medical Aid cover?

𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 - You have to be referred by your GP for a COVID test. You are entitled to 2 tests per year.

𝐌𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐮𝐦 - You have to test positive for the test to be covered.
