Kingdom Women in Business - KWIB

07/07/2026

This season may feel slow. The phones may not be ringing as often, clients may be taking longer to pay, and opportunities may seem delayed. But don't mistake a quiet season for an abandoned season.

God often prepares us in the waiting before He promotes us in the harvest.

Just as Lydia faithfully stewarded the business God entrusted to her, continue to show up with excellence, integrity, and faith. Keep planting seeds, even when you cannot yet see the fruit.

In this season:
✨ Refine your business.
✨ Strengthen your systems.
✨ Build relationships.
✨ Learn new skills.
✨ Pray over every client and every opportunity.
✨ Trust that God is working behind the scenes.

The same God who opened Lydia's heart also opened doors that positioned her to impact an entire community. He is still opening doors today.

Don't allow discouragement to silence your vision. Your current season is preparing you for your next level.

"Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up." – Galatians 6:9

Keep building.
Keep believing.
Keep serving.

Your harvest is connected to your faithfulness. 🌿

Sometimes the storm in your business isn’t the enemy — it’s God redirecting you back to the instruction you tried to avoid.

Jonah’s delay brought confusion, but his obedience brought acceleration.
Your “whale season” isn’t the end — it’s a divine reset.

God is calling you back to what He told you to do first.
Obey, realign, and watch doors open quickly.
Your business has a Nineveh waiting for you.

🌸 Kingdom Women in Business Devotion: “Faithful in the Marketplace”

Scripture:
Proverbs 31:17-18 (NIV)
"She sets about her work vigorously; her arms are strong for her tasks. She sees that her trading is profitable, and her lamp does not go out at night."

Reflection:
As women of the Kingdom, we are called not just to participate in business, but to do so with purpose, excellence, and integrity. The Proverbs 31 woman is a perfect example — industrious, strategic, and profitable, yet grounded in godly values.

Business is not separate from your faith; it’s an extension of your worship. Every decision, transaction, and relationship can be a testimony of God’s wisdom and favor on your life. You are not just building a business — you are advancing the Kingdom.

Whether you’re leading a startup, managing a team, or nurturing a vision yet to be born, remember: God has already equipped you. Your gifts, ideas, and drive are not accidents — they are divine tools for influence and impact.

Encouragement:
Don’t be discouraged by challenges. Every delay, disappointment, or “no” is an opportunity for God to align you with His better “yes.” Stay faithful. Stay excellent. Stay Kingdom-minded.

Prayer:
Father, thank You for entrusting me with a place in the marketplace. Help me to lead with wisdom, to work with excellence, and to build with integrity. Let my business be a light that reflects Your glory. Open divine doors, align me with the right people, and remind me that success is not just about profit — it's about purpose. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Takeaway Thought:

“I am a Kingdom woman in business — called to build, lead, and prosper for His glory.”
