· High-level assistance with management letters: recommendations and solutions on issues raised
· Assist with your monthly bookkeeping and administration like VAT, Payroll taxes and monthly management accounts
· Do proper planning of all taxes including Income Tax, VAT, CGT and Donations Tax
· Drafting and signing of financial statements
· Drafting budgets
· Assist with the administration of the Income Tax and VAT processes to ensure full tax compliance and avoid unnecessary penalties and interest raised.
· Assist with management statements, cash flows and f**a information for the bank.
· We will run the full secretarial administration as required by the Companies, Close Corporation and Trust Property Control Acts and the applicable governing bodies like CIPC and the Masters office.
· Drafting and implementation of system procedures and day-to-day operating procedures

Since 2015, we have inducted SAIPA and SAICA trainees into our learnership programme. Added to this is our recent accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Management Accounts (CIMA).

SAICA and SAIPA's qualif**ations are registered at Level 8 on the National Qualif**ations Framework (NQF) with the South African Qualif**ations Authority (SAQA).

MUBESKO AFRICA is a consulting practice focusing primarily on local government. Mubesko Africa is responsible for the GRAP conversions of over forty municipalities.
FRESHMARK SYSTEMS has since 1987 been developing, supplying and supporting the market's IT solutions following its development of the first computerised sale, cash and stock control system for fresh produce markets. The real-time system is installed at 21 of the 22 markets in and around South Africa. Freshmark's flagship system is completely customised for local fresh produce markets and associated supply chains.
UTILITY SYSTEMS CORPORATION is a leader in the field of smart water metering. The company is the country’s premier supplier of STS prepayment smart water meters and electronic water management devices to a global customer base. Utility Systems’ products can be used in conjunction with a variety of meters and housings to suit specific market requirements.
AMANZI METERS was formed in 2012 as an initiative to establish a proudly South African manufacturer of water management systems and devices. Amanzi Meters designs, develops and manufactures its own products, which include plastic water meters, ball valves and a variety of meter boxes. Their products are SANAS-accredited and manufactured in an ISO-rated facility.
IPES-UTILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES specialises in the development, implementation and management of sustainable revenue enhancement and revenue protection services to municipalities and utilities. UMS has, for the past 21 years, been extensively involved in the financial viability of municipalities.
