One main stage, 9 parallel sessions, and a competition that gave the next generation a real chance.
Thank you to ProCredit Bank, our general sponsor, and to all the partners who supported the conference. Without your support, this would not have been possible.
Thank you to every participant who attended. You made it worth it.
Watch the highlight video and share it with someone who should be there next year 🙌

The Digital Solutions Center, part of the KUDO Conference gave 450+ attendees a chance to see the solutions firsthand. Not in a slide deck, but face to face with the teams building them.
Paystorm, KUBIT, Simplify by Pointer Dev, BBros LLC,HRbee,Ave HR, and Kosova Information Technology were present, demonstrating their platforms and speaking directly with accountants and finance professionals about real workflows and day-to-day challenges.
This is what the "From Data to Decisions" theme looks like in practice. The tools exist. The question is whether firms are ready to use them.

For the second consecutive year, the 'Martin Bissett Scholarship' was awarded at the KUDO Digital Accounting Conference.
This year, the scholarship was presented to Edona Rudari, one of our dedicated conference volunteers, in recognition of her commitment, potential, and contribution.
Last year, Martin Bissett travelled to Prishtina to personally launch this initiative during the conference. Today, the scholarship proudly continues to carry his name and the belief he represents, that investing in people is the most important investment our profession can make.
We are proud to continue creating opportunities for the next generation.

During "Paperless Accounting through QuickBooks Online and Dext" session, Flutura Bajrami and Donjeta Kastrati presented a complete live demo of the paperless workflow, from capturing and processing documents in Dext, all the way to syncing and managing transactions through bank feeds in QuickBooks Online.
They showed how receipts and invoices are extracted and published from Dext, automatically transferred into QBO, and then matched and reconciled via the bank feed.
The session also highlighted a shift in mindset in accounting, moving away from traditional, manual, paper-based processes toward a fully digital workflow. It showed how automation and real-time data are changing the way accountants work, making processes faster, more accurate, and more focused on analysis rather than data entry.

Naim Avdiu took the room through cost accounting as a strategic tool.
From job-order costing to activity-based costing, from variance analysis to target costing, the session covered how manufacturers track, allocate and act on cost data at every level of the business.
He also addressed where the profession is heading. Industry 4.0 is changing cost structures fundamentally. Direct labor is shrinking as a cost component. Real-time data from IoT systems is replacing end-of-month reports. The accountant's role is shifting from data collector to analyst.
The session closed with case studies from Dell, Boeing, Nike and General Motors, showing what cost reduction looks like when it is systematic rather than reactive.

When a new client searches for an accountant on Linkedin or Facebook or Instagram, do they find you or your competitor?
That was the opening question from Oltion Beshiri, CEO of VAVADS. Not as a rhetorical question, but as the starting point for a workshop that addressed something most accountants overlook: online visibility as a tool for attracting better clients.
The session covered positioning, clear messaging, social media strategy and the types of content that work for financial professionals in Kosovo. The difference between an invisible accountant and a visible expert is not talent. It is the decision to show up consistently.
