Through her Global Mobility assignment in Singapore, Tram has embraced new experiences, broadened her perspective and discovered new ways to grow. Working in a new environment has challenged her to learn beyond her usual routines — from adapting her communication style to collaborating with colleagues from diverse countries and backgrounds.

Along the way, she has learned that working across borders is about more than adapting to a new place. It’s about staying curious, embracing different perspectives and finding new ways to connect and work together.

And behind every step forward has been the unwavering support of those around her, giving her the confidence to navigate challenges and make the most of this opportunity.

Beyond Her Role: From Fear to Furry Friends 🐶❤️

Beyond her work as a consultant, Minh Anh has found a special place in her heart for dogs in need.

Interestingly, her journey began with fear, not affection. After more than 10 years of sharing her life with her own furry companion, that fear gradually gave way to love, along with a deeper appreciation of just how loyal, loving and trusting dogs can be.

Today, Minh Anh brings that love to Sân Nhà Nhiều Chó, a dog rescue shelter where she spends her free time supporting abandoned dogs and helping make their days a little brighter as they wait for a loving forever home.

For Minh Anh, it’s more than simply caring for animals. It’s about showing compassion, giving them comfort and reminding them that they, too, deserve love and a second chance. ❤️

By day, Minh Hieu is a dedicated professional from Audit and Assurance, bringing professionalism and attention to detail to her work. Beyond the office, she enjoys staying active through sports such as badminton and pickleball.
