**IMPORTANT INFO**
During the health crisis that our country is currently facing, we want to assure our clients that, as always, we are available through phone and email to assist you in any way we can. But due to the ever-evolving fluid nature of the situation, we have temporarily changed some of our office policies, to minimize the health risk to our clients and our staff. These will remain in place until further notice.
We will not have in-person appointments, pick-ups, and drop-offs at our office. We are providing secure alternatives, so we can continue to complete returns and other work in a timely manner:
* Documents may be uploaded to our Secure Client Portal or Mailed to the office.
* We will schedule phone appointments for clients who have lengthy questions or need to review their documents with us prior to completing their return.
* Client copies of completed returns will either be mailed or uploaded to the Secure Client Portal, based on your stated preference.
We will continue to operate on the premise that April 15th is the filing deadline for 2019 Tax Returns. There are a number of reasons for this that all come down to protecting our clients refunds and return integrity. If you want to wait until after April 15th to have us file your taxes, please call our office so we can discuss a plan and set expectations.
We do still plan to close our office for the summer beginning June 10th, as we do every year. We will continue our work remotely and will be completing late returns during this time. However, no appointments will be made and turn-around times may be affected.
We value our clients and consider them family. Therefore, we feel it is our responsibility to protect you both financially and physically with these cautionary measures.
Again, don't forget that we are available via phone or email to assist you with any questions or concerns you have, now and throughout the year.
Please stay safe and be well.

Fraudulent schemes normally start with unsolicited contact by telephone, social media, e-mail or in-person using a variety of tactics.
If you are contacted like this, please call our office so we can advice you on how to proceed. Remember to never give out personal or financial information over the phone to someone who don’t know.
