Important Announcement for Gemini Financial Services Clients

As many of you know, effective June 2026, the operations of Gemini Financial Services were surrendered back to Income Taxes & Bookkeeping / Diamond Bookkeeping & Taxes, returning full management of all client accounts to our team.

We want to reassure all clients that our team has cleared the Franklin Street office in Wi******er and has been working diligently to review, organize, and update every client account and tax file.

Where Things Stand:

Business Taxes (Form 1065 / 1120-S): All business returns on extension have been filed on a timely basis.

Personal & Non-Profit Returns: Our team is actively processing personal and non-profit extension returns to ensure everything is completed accurately and on schedule.

Important Note Regarding Client Services:

Please be aware that former management no longer represents or performs work on behalf of Gemini Financial Services. If you were told otherwise, please reach out to us directly so we can ensure your tax records, filings, and bookkeeping remain compliant and fully protected.
