It say’s this in the Bible Judge not, that you be not judged. 2 For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you. 3 Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? 4 Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? 5 You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye. Look I’m not perfect we all have done it . But I have used this verse to help me not only in my personal life but in business. I have come across all kinds of people for one reason or another have not taken care of there taxes or books . And I have asked them will you tell me why they tell me and I’m like okay let’s move forward some reason has been substance abuse or jail or life itself. It’s not my place to judge them we talk and we go forward. But I have found others that are in business that do business with others all of a sudden stop doing business with that business. An then it comes out why they did is because someone told something about the person that may have happened in there past . This to me is casting judgement why do this why didn’t you ask the person because you have no clue about the situation but you cast judgement. Now you have cut financial support from this person because you listen to someone else instead of asking. Have you as a business owner ever thought to yourself have I done something if someone found out wouldn’t do business with me think about it . That one cast of judgement could cost you if the shoe was on the other foot. I know many are setting back saying how can you say this you have a mouth like a sailor you would be correct an I ask the dear lord to forgive me every day . Now do I agree with everything one may do nope but again not my place to judge we all have one judge and one jury and it sure is not anyone on this earth. If you have walked in my door I have always tried to listen and understand and I will sure tell you it’s not my place to cast judgement but my place to help you in any way I can to fix and move forward. Life is way to hard and if you have time to dig dirt on someone you have way to much time on your hands that means you are not taking you business or life serious enough. Instead of casting judgement we should support each other an stop trying to take someone down. Because if that person is doing wrong they will take there on self down in due time because believe me we as people are our own worst enemy. So know when you walk in my door or call me I’m not here to judge and if you walked away from me for one reason or another okay not a problem but all I ask is please don’t cast judgement on me because at the end of the day ask this one question did I ask her this or that . Because I’m one person that as they say not going to throw stones because for one I don’t live in a glass house . I’m cleaning my own porch not yours as you should be doing. There are going to be people say well Donna has a long post again an your right but maybe this time read it and think about what I’m saying . This is something we could all use not only in business but in our personal life way to many people want to cast judgement on others for one reason or another because they just won’t ask they would rather judge. And if that’s what you want to do I guess you do you that’s all I can say . And if you felt I judged you I will say I’m sorry that was never my intention.
