Charming OFFICE space for rent next to our building right off of Hwy 80. NOT A RESIDENTIAL RENTAL. It comes with a mini fridge and an extra built-in sink. The A/C & Heat wall unit was recently serviced and works great. Utilities are not included. Ideal space for hairdressers, professionals, massage therapists or small retail.
