Welcome Clarissa!!

Clarissa joins our team with years of tax industry experience which includes a focus on small businesses and real estate. As an Enrolled Agent (EA), she works closely with clients to understand their goals, address their tax needs, and develop strategies that support business growth and long-term financial success. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Central Christian College in McPherson, Kansas.

Outside of work, Clarissa is a proud mother of three children—twins who are currently in college and a married daughter. On weekends, you can often find her enjoying time on the lake with family and friends, riding jet skis and making the most of the outdoors. Clarissa’s passion for building strong client relationships and helping others succeed is at the heart of her approach to both her professional and personal life.

A big “Thank you” to all of our clients and friends that sent in school supplies for our school supply drive. We had lots of drops off, and even Amazon delivers from other states. Giving back to our community is a core value at Air Capital Wealth Management and Air Capital Tax & Accounting .

This week, Air Capital Wealth Management dropped off the incredible collection from their school supply drive for Pando, and our staff were so grateful.

There were tons of supplies, and every single item was needed. The donations have now been distributed across all 32 Pando school sites, helping make sure our teams have what they need to support students throughout the year.

A huge thank you to Air Capital Wealth Management and everyone who contributed. We are so grateful for partners who show up for Pando students in such a meaningful way. 💚

Meet Kacy Bolm-Operations Manager

As Operations Manager at Air Capital Tax & Accounting, Kacy loves creating systems and processes that help both our team and our clients succeed. Her career has centered around operations, client service, and building lasting relationships, and she enjoys being part of a team that values personalized service and attention to detail. Before joining Air Capital Tax & Accounting, she worked as a Client Service Liaison at Air Capital Wealth Management, collaborating with many of the same clients we continue to serve today. Earlier in her career, she was the Chief Operating Officer for a local real estate brokerage. In between those roles, she took time away from the workforce to focus on raising her three children—a season that shaped her just as much professionally as it did personally.

When she isn’t at work, you’ll usually find her baking, hosting game nights, or spending time with her husband and their three kids. She believe the best relationships—whether with family, friends, or clients—are built on trust, connection, and a genuine desire to help others.

Meet Marc-

Originally from Wichita, KS, Marc combines advanced financial expertise with a people-first approach to client services. He earned both a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MBA, building a career dedicated to financial precision. Marc previously worked as an auditor for the Department of the Treasury’s Small Business and Self-Employed division, gaining elite insights into audit and tax compliance. With robust experience in payroll tax, sales tax, and project management, Marc ensures that every project centers on total client satisfaction. Outside of the office Marc can be found managing his rental properties and enjoying time with his 2 children and attending their musical performances. Both of his children are musically inclined, with his son playing cello with the Wichita Symphony Youth Orchestra, and his daughter playing the flute and saxophone in jazz band. Other interests include landscape design, video game design and camping.

Michael Sharbutt serves as the Director of Tax for Air Capital Tax & Accounting, where he oversees strategic tax planning, compliance, and accounting solutions.

A proud Kansas native, Michael earned both his undergraduate degree in accounting and a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) from Wichita State University. This deep educational background, combined with his status as an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA), grants him unrestricted rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS and safely navigate complex tax codes on behalf of his clients.

Raised in Sedgwick, Kansas, Michael now resides in Wichita, bringing dedicated financial expertise and a community-first approach to Air Capital Tax & Accounting’s clients.
