Most people wait to feel confident before they look.
But looking is what makes you confident.

The trick is this: don’t go in hunting for answers.
Go in to see the patterns. The weird loops. The “huh, I do that a lot.”

You can’t fix what’s fuzzy. But you can start naming what you see.

There’s a kind of money fear that doesn’t show up in your bank account.

It shows up when you say “I’m just tired” but really, you're terrified of looking.
Terrified it’s worse than you think.

And even if it isn’t...
it still feels like it might be.

That tension? That ache in your chest when someone says “you should raise your rates”?
That’s not math. That’s emotional memory.

Anywho - Neurodivergent people have this recurring thing where if we don't "close the box" purposefully, all the open boxes in our brains start piling on stress. 5 minutes. Close the boxes by letting them go. You don't have to resolve it, you don't have to "think it though," all you gotta do is focus on your breath, observe the thought (because the brain is going to do its thing... and think!) and come back to your breath. 5 minutes. Only Fidgets!

I feel like there is a dirty joke there somewhere. "Only Fidgets"? 🤔

Have you blown off some steam from Tax Season? Injecting nothing but positivity into a business leaves a lot of raw feelings around the things that frustrate us. We have to manage all feelings to be our full selves, by finding healthy ways of dealing with them. What better way that taking it out on the computer that betrayed you and crashed for the umpteenth time???

If you havent checked out your local rage room, you might want to! I think I will make this a regular event instead of one-off trips with clients.
