⛳️🏌️‍♂️ Supporting a Great Cause! 🏌️‍♀️

John, Carlos, Madison, and James enjoyed a day on the course last week at the American Institute of Architects’ annual golf tournament. The tournament helps raise funds for scholarships, supporting the next generation of aspiring architects. 🎓

We won’t say who had the best score—we don’t want the guys to feel bad! 😂

We’re proud of our team for having fun and supporting such a great cause!

🌟 Employee of the Moment – September! 🌟

Each month, we get to celebrate the team members who go the extra mile and make a difference in our workplace. 🎉

This month, we’re recognizing team members for taking ownership of challenging projects, lending a helping hand, learning quickly, going above and beyond, meeting important deadlines, sharing great advice, and bringing smiles to those around them. From helping with the Shrimp Boil to pitching in on projects, each of these moments makes a difference!

We’re proud to have a team that works hard, supports one another, and is always willing to step up when needed.

👏 Congratulations to all of our September Employees of the Moment! 💙

🐴🎨 He’s FULLY PAINTED! 🎨🐴

The transformation is complete, and we couldn’t be more excited about how our MWH horse turned out! We’ve loved watching our artist, Selena Mize, bring him to life, and we’re excited to finally share these latest painting updates with you.

But… we’re not quite ready for the grand reveal just yet! 👀

Our horse is headed off for his clear coat and will also be receiving his official name plaque. Once those finishing touches are complete, he’ll be ready to make his way back to MWH and take his place in our lobby. 🐴✨

We’re hoping to have everything back soon, and we cannot wait to showcase the finished horse!

And for everyone who has been guessing his name… 👀 We’ve seen some GREAT guesses (and a few that came surprisingly close!), but no one has guessed the correct name yet!

Stay tuned… the grand reveal is coming soon! 🎉

🎨🐴 Our Horse Is Coming to Life!🐴🎨

The painting has officially begun, and we’re loving watching our horse transform! Our artist, Selena Mize, started yesterday, and we wanted to share a few behind-the-scenes photos of the progress so far. 🎨✨

We’ve also loved reading everyone’s guesses for what we’re going to name him! There have been some great guesses—and a few that have come pretty close! 👀 But so far, no one has guessed the correct name!

Stay tuned for more progress photos and, of course, the big reveal! We can’t wait for you to see the finished MWH horse! 🐴✨
