AccuTax Service is looking for an experienced tax professional with strong leadership skills to join our Wharton team as our Tax Office Manager / Senior Tax Professional.

This is not just an administrative position. We’re looking for someone who can lead a team, prepare and review tax returns, manage office workflow, and help make sure our clients receive the accurate and professional service AccuTax is known for.

💼 What we’re looking for:
• Professional tax preparation experience
• Strong knowledge of individual income tax returns
• Leadership or supervisory skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced tax office
• Dependability, professionalism, and integrity
• TaxWise experience is a PLUS
• EA credential is a PLUS
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred

💰 Pay: $24–$30 per hour, depending on experience
⭐ Performance bonus opportunity
📍 Wharton, Texas
🕒 Full-time during tax season with year-round/off-season hours available
