🚨 Important Update on BOI Reporting! 🚨

The U.S. Department of the Treasury has announced that enforcement of the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) is suspended for U.S. citizens and domestic reporting companies!

⛔ This means you do NOT need to file Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) reports for now. No penalties or fines will be imposed while this suspension is in effect.

The Treasury also plans to revise the rule, potentially limiting its scope to foreign reporting companies only. Stay tuned for further updates!
