But God has been too good to me to walk away.🙏

After losing one of the most important people in my life…After divorce…After discovering who was never really for me…

I still got dressed on Sunday👗

Not because I had it all together. Not because the pain went away. But because He never left, even when I wanted to.

This reel is just a regular Sunday. Lunch with my dad. Celebrating new life at a baby shower 🎀Living.

Some of you needed to see that. That ordinary days on the other side of your hardest seasons are worth fighting for.

Let all things be done decently in order.

The beautiful thing about Gods word is it’ll steady you when you’re out of order.

I had to hold myself accountable yesterday when I almost acted out.

Listen, there will always be those people who look for problems everywhere except in their home.

There will always be people who don’t believe in themselves and will try to limit you.

ORDER is not a size and we all can do better.

I’m looking for you tonight faith friend.

It’s for the leader whose standards are high. The one who wants things done right, not just done. The one who knows that as leaders we are held to higher standards, and who is ready to put real structure behind the ministry.

Just because you said it doesn’t make it right.
And just because you disagree with it doesn’t make them wrong.

This happens in our churches more than people want to admit. The board votes. The majority agrees. But the someone wasn’t in the room, so they get upset and demands you call it back.

That’s not order. That’s a power struggle.

If you’re a pastor, a board member, or a deacon, I know you’re carrying a lot. And I know it’s hard when people don’t see it your way. But as leaders we are held to higher standards. A vote is a vote. A position is not permission to override the people you serve with.
