“Know your hourly rate and outsource anything below it.”

I’ve heard this a lot lately and I think some important conversations are getting skipped first. 👀

Before you outsource ask yourself:

1. Are you paying yourself consistently?
2. Do you have capacity to fill the time you’re buying back?
3. Is your cash flow stable enough to absorb the cost?

Luckily, I think as business owners, you actually have a competitive advantage because you’re not capped at a salary.

You have the ability to go out and make more money to fund the life you want!

I love talking real life things happening with businesses especially when it involves numbers!

I found this interesting because revenue was up but cash flow was negative (due to heavy investment in future initiatives)

Which shows you can have a successful business and still struggle with cash flow issues

My biggest recommendations are:
1. Have a cash savings account for cash heavy month so you don’t have to rely on debt
2. Have a plan to track ROI
