Reminder businesses, yes even you small ones, and yes even if your an LLC, Federal Tax forms are due 3/15!!! That’s Sunday!! Make sure you get them mailed out to avoid Failure to File on time penalties!!! You’re looking at approximately $245-$255 per month per corporate officer or partner up to 12 months!! If you’re an LLC this means YOU!! Make sure you either get your extensions filed THIS week or send them in! I do this for a living every single day, believe me it’s not worth the fight!

Calculate, pay or remove the Failure to File Penalty when you don’t file your tax return by the due date.
