A record-breaking year and a reminder of the power of community!

Last week, we held our annual Golf Outing benefiting Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, and thanks to an incredible outpouring of generosity, we raised more than $130,000 for childhood cancer research! Of that total, $12,000 was directly in support of our sponsored family, the Weir Family.

The day began with Mason Weir from our sponsored family hitting the ceremonial tee shot, setting the stage for a memorable day of golf, enthusiastic bidding in our silent auction, including a painting made by Mason himself, and a dinner celebrating the impact we made together.

This achievement would not have been possible without the incredible support of our sponsors, donors, golfers, volunteers, and community partners who came together to make a meaningful difference. Thank you for helping us invest in lifesaving research, supporting families in need, and bringing hope.

Service is one of our core values, and this event is a powerful example of that commitment in action. Since 2013, our annual golf outing has raised nearly $600,000 for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, including more than $54,000 directly supporting local families impacted by childhood cancer. Together, we are helping advance critical research while making a meaningful difference close to home.

We are grateful for every person who played a role in making this our biggest year yet. The impact of this day will be felt far beyond the golf course!

Thinking Bigger starts with challenging what's possible.

At our recent Agency Day, more than 130 advisors and staff from across 092 came together for a day focused on growth, innovation, and expanding our perspective on what’s possible. The day kicked off with remarks from our Managing Partner, Matt McDowell, who challenged attendees to embrace the theme of Thinking Bigger.

Throughout the day, we explored what it means to elevate our impact, strengthen our practices, and continue delivering exceptional value to our clients. From a marketing panel sharing strategies for business growth and client engagement, to Josh Johnston's fireside chat on leadership and scaling success, and an inspiring keynote from John Roberts, attendees walked away with practical insights and renewed energy to pursue bigger goals.

The day served as a reminder that growth doesn't happen by staying comfortable. It happens when we challenge ourselves to think bigger, act boldly, and invest in becoming better leaders, advisors, and teammates.

Great conversations, great company, and a one-of-a-kind Brewers experience!

We loved bringing our advisors and their guests together for our Cocktails in the Clubhouse event, where attendees enjoyed happy hour on the field, dinner and drinks in the clubhouse, and an engaging discussion with Brewers alumni Jim Gantner and Jerry Augustine. To top it all off, we watched the Brewers take on the Cubs from one of the most unique vantage points in American Family Field.

A huge thank you to the Milwaukee Brewers team for their partnership with Northwestern Mutual and for helping create such an incredible evening for our guests. We are grateful for the collaboration that makes opportunities like this possible.
