LD1 is a 2 year leadership development program focused on strengthening communication, leadership, coaching, and professional growth skills while connect with peers and mentors across the agency. We are excited to celebrate this milestone and can't wait to see how they will continue to impact the Kempf team.

Last Friday, our team had the opportunity to work with the 2026-2027 peer financial coaches from the UW-Stevens Point Sentry School of Business and Economics and the UWSP Financial Literacy Association.

Through coaching demonstrations, real-world examples, and role-playing scenarios, students gained hands-on experience developing the communication skills needed when it comes to meeting with clients.

We are proud to support programs that promote financial literacy and help students develop skills that will make a lasting impact in their communities.
