Do you track mileage for your self-employment? If so, this is an important message for you! The IRS has just announced that we will have another split year for the standard mileage rate. They have increased the rate for business miles from $0.725/mile (Jan - June) to $0.76/mile (July - Dec)! Make sure your mileage logs (or tracking apps like MileIQ) are accurate and up to date, so tax time is a breeze!
