Ive been reflecting upon this for 10+ years now.
The immensely rich talent that we have here in the district often:

A. goes onto Hollywood, Tour Life or Broadway
B. turns to education and rebuilding the community
C. quietly creates immaculate works in their Sihlo
D. or attempts to make noise or be unseen, only not to be fit into the budget - once again.

Trust.
Every organization has a budget.
So, why are we outsourcing?
We have everything here.⭐️ 🏆✊🏾✨️
