During Congressional Black Caucus' ALC Conference, USBC Executive Vice President Talisha Bekavac joined an impactful conversation on “The Impact of Black Women in Business” during the "Ladies First" panel hosted and moderated by Congresswoman LaMonica McIver.

Talisha joined fellow panelists Kathryn Busby, President of Original Programming at STARZ, and Rhonda Adams Medina, Global Head of Business Affairs at Audible, for a conversation centered on the influence, leadership, and economic power of Black women in business.

The discussion addressed the barriers Black women entrepreneurs and executives continue to navigate, while highlighting opportunities to expand access to capital, strengthen pathways for growth, and create greater opportunities to lead and scale.
