The grocery store is where my budget creeps the most.

At Trader Joe’s, grabbing “a few things” easily turns into $85. 😅

I’m used to grabbing what I want and keeping it moving.
But lately, I’ve been pausing more.
Asking myself “Do I really need this right now?”

Because even as a financial steward… I feel it.

🔺 Electric bills are up
🔺 Property taxes and insurance are rising
🔺 And groceries + restaurants are a slow bleed if you’re not paying attention

This isn’t about scarcity.
It’s about stewardship.

And right now, I'm leaning into mindful spending... in everyday choices.

Anyone else rethinking the little habits that add up? ✋

This is one of my favorite scriptures on financial wisdom:
“The wise store up choice food and olive oil, but fools gulp theirs down.” — Proverbs 21:20

High earners: It’s not just about how much you make.
It’s how intentionally you manage it.

Savings aren’t optional, they’re essential.
🧡 Ready to shift from financial stress to strategy? I can help.

Yes, even high earners feel summer spending pressure.

When the temps rise, so do the costs... childcare, vacations, social events, and those “YOLO” swipe moments quietly stack up.

I recently shared a few thoughts in about how summer can throw off even the most disciplined budgets. And listen, my AC bill alone had me 😩.

But you can course correct without cutting all the fun.

🧡 My top tip? Build a seasonal spending plan. It’s not about restriction... it’s about intention.

I'm not in it to impress... I'm in it for financial peace.
For legacy. For freedom.
For wealth that’s measured in assets, not aesthetics.

Just wrapped an interview with NerdWallet where we tackled why even high earners feel financial pressure when summer hits:

👉🏽 Childcare costs go up
👉🏽 Vacations drain savings
👉🏽 I'm outsiiideee = more social plans
➡️ And your credit card balance follows suit

It’s not that you’re irresponsible.
You’re just not planning seasonally.

Each month brings different demands... and summer comes with its own set of financial curveballs.

Here’s the mindset shift I shared in the interview:
✨ If you can’t cashflow it, you can’t afford it.
✨ Structure > stress.

You don’t have to cut out joy.
You just need a summer plan that lets you enjoy it... without the guilt.

Because clarity ➡️ guilt-free spending.

I’ll share the article when it drops, but in the meantime…
What’s one thing you’d love to enjoy this summer, if you had a solid plan for it? 👇🏽

Here’s what the research says:
People spend 12–18% more when using credit cards vs. cash or debit.
Why? Because it doesn’t feel like “real” spending.

But every swipe chips away at your financial progress:

More interest paid = less money invested
More impulse buys = less intentional wealth-building
More debt = less peace of mind

Credit card debt is one of the biggest drains on net worth I see in coaching.

It’s hard to build when you’re constantly digging out of a hole.

And the truth is... it’s not just poor habits.
The system is designed to keep you in a cycle.

🔥 Credit cards are designed to keep you in a cycle. Agree or disagree?

You didn’t work this hard just to guess your way through the rest of the year.

One of my VIP Day clients said it best:
“I was earning good money, but I felt scattered and unsure if I was actually building anything.”

If that hits close to home, here’s what we did in just 4 hours:
✔️ Built a spending plan that fit her lifestyle
✔️ Designed a debt strategy that didn’t feel restrictive
✔️ Created a simple investing roadmap for the rest of 2025

🧡 If you’re a high-earning woman ready for a financial reset... this is your moment to get clear, confident, and in control.

📩 DM me “VIP” and I’ll send you the link + details.

Nurses hold a special place in my heart because...

🧡 I was named after a nurse who took incredible care of my grandmother

🧡 I have friends and family who are nurses

🧡 Nurses are one of the most common professions of the women I coach

🧡 And you give so much of yourself... often without the time or tools to confidently steward your finances

This week, I’m doing something meaningful for the nurses in my community... the ones who care for everyone else but rarely have time to care for their own financial well-being.

If that’s you (or someone you love), I’ve got something special in the works.

Comment or DM me the word "NURSE" and I’ll send you the details.

Let’s celebrate Nurses Week with clarity, confidence, and a financial plan that supports you. 🩺🧡

Final coaching calls can be tough.
Especially after spending 3 months getting to know a client so well.

Because when you work with me, we don’t just talk about your money.
We talk about your life.
Your family. Your pets. Your nail designs.
What’s been weighing on your mind.
What you’re hoping to change.

That’s what made wrapping up my last session with Sarah feel a little emotional.
We spent the last 90 days building her plan—but also building her confidence.

She told me:
💬 “I hired you because I needed a clear strategy, not just for my money, but for my peace of mind.”

And that’s exactly what we created together.
She went from feeling anxious and scattered…
→ to grounded, in control, and clear on what’s next.

I’ll miss our calls, but I’m so proud of the work we did.
🧡 And I’m honored she chose me to walk alongside her for this chapter.

One 1:1 coaching spot is now open.
If you’ve been carrying your finances alone and you’re ready for clarity and peace—I’d love to support you.

📥 DM me “COACHING” if you want to talk about what this could look like for you.

Building wealth and enjoying your life doesn't have to be an either/or.

In the beginning, I went hard to secure my financial foundation.

But once that was in place, I made a conscious decision:

🧡 I’m going to keep building wealth... and enjoy life along the way.

That’s the balance I help my clients create:
✔️ Smart, structured planning
✔️ Space for joy, travel, beauty, and life
✔️ Peace of mind knowing the future is covered

This is your invitation to build a plan that reflects the life you actually want.

📥 Comment or DM me “PLAN” if you’re ready for wealth with intention and joy.

Are you stewarding your income with wisdom?

Your income is a tool. It's meant to provide freedom in good times and security when life throws a curveball.

Without a plan, even a high income can slip through your fingers.

If you want your money to truly work for you... you need a strategy that protects and strengthens your financial position regardless of the national economy.

🧡 This is the work we do inside my 1:1 coaching program.
DM me "PLAN" if you're ready to steward your next season with purpose.

You’ve been doing a lot lately… mentally, emotionally, and financially.

Spring break. Tax season. Work. Life.

If your finances have taken a back seat during all of that... I get it.
You’re not doing anything wrong.
You’re just managing a full life.

But just a gentle reminder:
👉🏽 You don’t need to hustle harder to build wealth.
👉🏽 You need a plan that actually supports you.

That’s what I help high-earning women create inside my 1:1 coaching program.
A personalized strategy that works with your lifestyle, your income, and your goals... so you can stop second-guessing and finally move in financial peace.

🧡 There is one more coaching spot open in April.

DM me “SUPPORT” if you want to explore whether this is the right season to take that next step.
