Taking a picture of a receipt is a good start. Organizing it is what makes the record useful.

As soon as you save a receipt:

✅ Label the business purpose
✅ Record the date and amount
✅ Assign the correct expense category
✅ Store it somewhere you can find it again

Your camera roll is not a bookkeeping system!

Be honest: Are your receipts organized, or are they hiding between selfies and food pictures? 👀
