We appreciate the Congrats and all the comments from our clients. We want to ensure our clients that although business ownership has shifted, business will continue as normal. Clint and Drew have worked for Mike for many years and are familiar with business operations and client needs. As part of the transition, Mike will continue to serve our clients but now in a part time role as he nears a much deserved retirement. All other staff remain as part of our team as well.

A New Chapter for Lee & Associates!

We are excited to share that Clint Browning and Drew Herndon have officially acquired Lee & Associates Accountants in Valdosta from Mike Lee.

This is an exciting new chapter for the firm, built on a strong foundation of trust, relationships, and a commitment to serving clients and the community. We are incredibly grateful to Mike Lee for all he has poured into Lee & Associates over the years and for the legacy he leaves behind.

Clint and Drew are honored to carry that legacy forward while bringing their own vision and energy to the firm. We look forward to continuing to serve the Valdosta community and building on the relationships that have made Lee & Associates what it is today.
