JoClee Bush started this company 10 years ago. She came into this business with 30 years of accounting experience and excellent customer service. Christy Bush was a paralegal for 28 years then in April 2020 joined the company after being laid off due to Covid. Providing accurate and credible financials to our clients with focus on details is our main mission.

BBS provides daily transaction maintenance, bank reconciliations, monthly, quarterly, and annual financials, cash flow management, job costing and critical analysis. We process tax returns for individuals and small companies but for larger companies we will provide financials to the CPA. Rarely does the CPA have questions because our financials are very thorough.

Since we work remotely, we have all the necessary office equipment: secure network, computers, printers, scanners, copiers, pens, paper, post-its, paperclips, staplers, etc…LOL. We have systems in place for document control. The remote office has a monitored security system with cameras. Typically, we use QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks desktop, and Microsoft Office applications for other types of reporting and written documents.

Conveniently located in midtown Tulsa, making trips to your office to drop off/pick up documents is also part of our service.
