Can you believe that Ebay was founded on Sept. 3 1995?
That is 31 years ago and it was one of the first online auction type selling platforms. In the beginning, many people forgot to claim their income from their sales on Ebay. Due to that, Ebay plus apps like paypal are some of the many online sales platforms that shaped some of the very tax laws we see today.

DYK that you don't need to have children to claim the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC)? Workers between the ages of 25 and 65 may be able to claim up to $649 on their tax return. Use the EITC Assistant to see if you qualify for this credit.
