A lot happens before you sit down at the conference table.
We review accounts, update information, look at what's changed, prepare questions and work together to try and determine what needs attention now and in the future.
The meeting may be the part clients see.
The preparation is what happens before they walk through the door.

Happy Labor Day!
Today feels like an especially appropriate day to celebrate the years of work that eventually make retirement possible.
Whether you're still working or happily on the other side of that chapter, I hope you're enjoying the long weekend.

A long weekend in The Villages usually gives us plenty of choices.
Pool? Dinner out? A round of golf? Absolutely nothing on the calendar?
I'm voting that last option deserves more consideration. 😊
Wishing everyone a wonderful Labor Day weekend!

Apparently we got the office dress code memo on the same day. 🖤🤍
No planning involved, but my Office Manager, Jenna, and I showed up matching in black and white — so naturally, we had to document it.
Just a little behind-the-scenes moment from an ordinary day at the office. 😊

If retirement is getting close, we think there are a few dates worth putting on the same page.
Your planned retirement date.
When you might claim Social Security.
When Medicare begins.
When Required Minimum Distributions may begin.
They don't all happen at once—and decisions around one can affect the others.
That timeline is one of the first things I like to understand when we're planning for retirement.

September in Florida always makes me laugh a little.
The rest of the country starts talking about sweaters and fall weather, and we're still deciding whether it's too hot to sit outside at lunch. 😊
I'm not complaining. I'll take Florida's version of September.

We believe a financial plan shouldn't stay on the shelf.
Life changes.
Markets change.
Families change.
Reviewing your plan regularly helps keep it aligned with where life is today—not where it was five years ago.

What's one place in Central Florida you've discovered that you'd recommend to a friend?
A favorite restaurant.
A hidden park.
A local shop.
I'd love to hear your recommendations.

No two days in this office look quite the same.
Some are filled with client meetings. Others are spent researching, preparing, and following up behind the scenes.
But the best part for us is always the same—helping people understand their options and think through the financial decisions ahead.
