We are excited to welcome four new interns to the firm, with three joining our Audit team and one joining our Tax team.

Starting an internship is an exciting step in a career, and we’re glad RGCO gets to be part of that experience for Josephine Flemming, Adam Neale, Rachel Needleman, and Salma Zinoune.

Happy Labor Day from RGCO! 👋

Today, we are celebrating the people behind the work.

For more than 40 years, our team has shaped RGCO through their commitment to their work and the relationships they build along the way.

We’re grateful for the people who show up for our clients every day and continue to make an impact throughout the Tampa Bay community.

Our office is closed today in recognition of Labor Day. We hope everyone enjoys the holiday!

Giving back has been part of who we are since 1983. 🫶

That commitment takes many forms, from RGCares, our employee-led community-giving initiative, to our annual Nonprofit Appreciation Day and the many local nonprofit organizations RGCO is proud to serve throughout the year.

International Day of Charity is a meaningful reminder of the impact businesses and individuals can make by supporting the people and organizations working to strengthen their communities.

We’re proud that community involvement has remained an important part of RGCO throughout our history, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to support those making a difference across Tampa Bay.

A great week in West Palm Beach at RTO World 2026! 🌴

Our team was on the ground for learning, connecting, and celebrating the rent-to-own community alongside dealers, vendors, and industry leaders from across the country.

RTO World is one of the events we look forward to every year. As an associate member of APRO, we value the chance to spend real time with the clients and partners who make this industry what it is.

Thanks to APRO Rent-to-Own Headquarters, TRIB Group, and everyone who made this year's convention worth the trip. Already looking forward to next year.

👋 Meet the Team: Kelly Morgan

Kelly is a Tax Manager at RGCO who brings a supportive presence and a strong work ethic to everything she takes on.

📊 Why accounting: Kelly changed careers in 2019. Before switching to accounting, she was pursuing her PhD in history and had spent several years working in the museum field. After moving to Florida for family and working a tax season as a tax admin, she went back to school in 2020, gaining experience along the way, and graduated from USF in 2022.

🌎 Where she would spend a year: Colorado or Ireland. Kelly is drawn to Colorado for the mountains, the seasons, and the outdoor activities, and to Ireland for the culture. She spent several years studying Irish history and attending conferences there, so living like a local for a year would be a full-circle experience.

🎹 A fun fact most people do not know: Kelly is classically trained in piano and has learning the violin on her list. She also spends her free time knitting, painting, and drawing.

📔 Her productivity go-to: Journaling. Kelly uses it to organize her daily, weekly, and monthly goals across both her personal and professional life. It keeps her on track and adds a bit of creativity to her routine, especially during the busier seasons.

🥾 Outside of work: Kelly and her family take an annual hiking or outdoor trip. Last year was the Olympic National Forest in Washington, and this year they are heading to Acadia National Park in Maine.

If you ask her coworkers, three words come up often: supportive, hardworking, and diligent.

We are grateful to have Kelly as part of the RGCO team.
