Staci Williams is Vice President of Executive Search at StevenDouglas, bringing more than two decades of recruiting and human resources experience to the firm. She specializes in executive and leadership search, partnering with organizations to identify high-impact talent across commercial, operational and supply chain functions. Her experience spans organizations with complex manufacturing and industrial environments, giving her a strong understanding of the leadership required to drive growth, strengthen operations and build high-performing teams.
Prior to joining StevenDouglas, Staci spent nearly a decade within the Industrial Practice of a leading global executive search firm. Throughout her career, she has recruited leaders across sales and marketing, manufacturing operations, supply chain and procurement, as well as specialized areas such as sales enablement, customer experience and EHS. Her earlier experience in corporate talent acquisition, agency recruiting and broader human resources roles provides her with a well-rounded perspective on both the business and people considerations behind a successful hire.
Staci believes the strongest searches are built on relationships rather than transactions. She takes a highly consultative approach, investing time to understand each client’s business, culture and long-term objectives while maintaining honesty and transparency throughout the search process. She places equal importance on the candidate experience and long-term alignment, helping ensure each placement creates lasting value for both the organization and the individual. Staci earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sports & Recreation Management from the University of Iowa and serves on the Board of Directors for the New Tampa Athletic Association as Director of Sponsorships.
