We are looking for someone to fill an Administrative/Bookkeeping position!
Laid back, flexible environment with great benefits.
Pay is based on experience.

Job responsibilities include, but is not limited to:
Answering phones
Process credit card payments
Prepare client invoices and statements
Assemble tax returns and coordinate delivery/pickup with client
Printing tax returns and obtaining appropriate signatures
Maintain office supply inventory
Setting appointments and managing calendars
Respond to client requests via email or phone
General office/clerical work, including faxing, scanning, mailing, and filing.
Other administrative duties as needed to support CPA’s and accountants.
Bookkeeping in QuickBooks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.

Required experience and skills:

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
The ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple assignments from multiple people under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
Experience with the following software: QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and consistency are essential to succeed in this role.
Display a professional company image through in-person and phone interactions.
