Make a great first impression. Your online image can make or break a first impression of you. Is your social media presence hurting or helping your career? Here are a few tips:
* Your profile pictures should be recent, professional, and warm.
* You need to know who’s following you and what their interests are by testing via surveys and polls.
* All your interactions should be professional and helpful.
* You should be posting online at least two or three times a week to keep you in front of your audience.
