While the Conference is still fresh in your mind, invest 30 minutes now—and give your team wins to celebrate in the future

One 30-minute conversation to hear their ideas. To discuss their takeaways. To start making a difference.

In just half an hour, your team can identify its best ideas, choose where to focus, and begin building an action plan everyone believes in. And if the conversation takes longer, consider it a sign that your team is invested in the business—that's a good problem to have.

At The Great Game of Business, we believe in the long game. These conversations may take time away from the day-to-day, but that time isn't wasted.

You're creating a game plan your team helped shape.
You're building momentum toward what comes next.
You're strengthening trust by showing every team member that their voice matters.

One last trip around the conference with the microphone. 🎤

After three days of learning, connecting, and sharing ideas, we asked the people of what was on their minds as the conference came to a close.

Now comes the best part: taking it all back to our teams.

A few sessions, conversations, and new ideas later…we brought the microphone back out. 🎤

Here’s what attendees had to say as rolled on!

One of our favorite parts of the conference will always be hearing people share what they’re learning from each other.

Shout out to Jeff Houghton and his team at The Mystery Hour for capturing these moments!

Back to the halls of ! 🎤

Jeff Houghton with The Mystery Hour took the mic around the conference to hear from the people who make this event so special.

Thanks to everyone who stopped to chat with us—and brought the energy all week long!

The ideas we’re bringing home from are just getting started.

Kaihan Krippendorff gave us plenty to think about when it comes to strategy, change, and the role our people play in what comes next.

The next game starts now. 👏

Some of the best moments from Conference 2026 never happened under the stage lights.
They happened around tables, between sessions, and in honest conversations between people willing to share what’s working, what isn’t, and what they’re learning along the way.

Jack Stack left us with four reminders:
1. People are your competitive advantage.
2. Potential is everywhere.
3. Give them a chance.
4. Give them the Game.

To everyone who traveled to St. Louis, stepped through the Gateway to Potential, and contributed to this experience: thank you. The energy, openness, and generosity you brought made the conference more powerful.

If you missed it this year, this video offers only a glimpse. We’ll continue sharing the stories, lessons, and practical ideas that came out of Conference 2026. We hope you’ll be in the room when this community gathers again for our 35th Annual Conference.

We had so much fun making the first video that we had to do it again—this time at our Networking Reception!

This year's reception took place at Energizer Park, giving attendees the chance to connect and experience an incredible St. Louis venue. ⚽️

His keynote, Winning the Next Game: Your People Are Your Competitive Advantage in the Age of AI, will explore how leaders can navigate change while unlocking the potential already inside their organizations.

Another big day at the 2026 GGOB Conference is underway!
