Planning for success… with a little fun along the way!

Yesterday, the KWMG team had a great Q4 planning meeting, taking time to reflect on what we’ve accomplished so far and, more importantly, setting goals and priorities to finish 2026 strong!

And because great teamwork doesn’t happen around a conference table alone… after our meeting, we headed to a Puzzle Theory - Escape Room to challenge our teamwork!

It was a fun way to put our communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills to the test. Let’s just say there was plenty of strategizing, lots of laughs, and some very competitive moments- but most importantly, we escaped as a team!

Looking back on a great experience at the TruStage Retirement Planning Summit in Boston a couple of weeks ago.

Dean and Kevin had the opportunity to connect with industry leaders, exchange ideas, and explore what’s ahead for retirement planning, technology, and innovation.

We’re especially proud that Dean was invited to be a featured speaker again this year. He was proud to share how our office is putting AI to work across the business — improving how we work, enhancing the way we serve our clients, and finding new opportunities to innovate.

What a great night for baseball!
