Employee Spotlight: Michael Hickey

Meet Mike Hickey, Partner and Wealth Advisor at Wienken Wealth Management! In February 2025, Mike and his partner, Sam Lush, founded Wienken Wealth Management in South Williamsport, PA.

Mike is a Danville native and a proud Penn State graduate. He's spent more than 15 years in financial services, and what he enjoys most is getting to know the families he works with. To Mike, financial planning is about more than numbers. It's about helping people line up their resources with the life they want to live. He acts as a CFO for his clients and their families: someone who helps them make sense of the details, make confident decisions, and build a plan that will serve their family for generations.

When he's not in the office, you'll probably find Mike in the woods or out on the water. He's an avid hunter and angler and is always up for an adventure.

Home is where Mike's heart is, though. He and his wife, Erin, got married in 2023 and welcomed their son, Kohen, in 2024. Bentley, their yellow lab, rounds out the family, for now. Mike says becoming a dad has made the work he does for clients feel even more personal, because he knows firsthand what it means to plan for the people you love.

Mike's family is about to grow again: He and Erin are expecting a baby girl in less than 5 weeks!

⛳️ A great day on the course with the Williamsport/Lycoming Chamber of Commerce

We had a great time getting together with fellow local businesses and community leaders for the Chamber’s annual golf tournament. It was a beautiful day, a lot of fun, and a great opportunity to connect with the people who make our community such a special place to live and work.

We’re proud to be part of the Lycoming County business community and grateful for opportunities like this to build relationships beyond the office.
